Mica is a non-combustible, non-flame propagator material. It reduces the amount of toxic gases and fumes produced in a fire and also delays its release, so it is used for firefighting.

Moscovite Mica
It is a mineral belonging to a large group of micas, alumina silicates, in particular with presence of potassium, high thermal resistance, dielectric and considerable aspect ratio, which gives it highly appreciated properties.
